- We ship with Australia Post.
- You will receive a tracking number via email.
- Delivery time is 2-10 business days upon confirmation of your order.
- We currently do not offer international delivery.
Returns Policy
- Returned items must be in their original condition/packaging, unworn and unwashed with all tags intact.
- Full priced items can be returned for a store credit or full refund.
- Sale items can be returned for a store credit. No refunds will be given on sale items unless faulty.
- Faulty items can be returned for a store credit or full refund.
- Items must be returned within 14 business days of receiving the goods.
- Refunds are issued using the original method of payment. Any discount will be carried over.
- Returns take 2-4 business days to process once received.
- We do not cover the cost of return postage, unless the item is faulty. In the case of a faulty item, contact our customer service team at info@enveloppe.com.au
How to return an item;
- Email us at info@enveloppe.com.au within the email state your order number, item to return and reason for return. We will then issue you a return number
- Please pack up item/s to be returned and invoice, then post to the below address:
